Drive2Vote Program
Voter suppression is, unfortunately, a reality in many places. If you believe in ensuring every Democrat’s right to reach the polls, then this role is perfect for you. As a crucial part of our Ride2Vote programming, this role is the driving force behind democracy.
You’ll undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of voter Ride2Vote during our 1.5-hour virtual session. With access to our driver dispatch app and a dedicated team of experts in voter transport and dispatch supporting you, you play a vital role every step of the way.
Without Ride2Vote, many voters abstain from elections. Join us as a difference-maker in your state, ensuring that every voice is heard.
Dispatch
The dispatch volunteer role is the behind the scenes but integral way to service our voters who are needing rides, assigning drivers and ensuring drivers arrive on time and that driver and voter have what they need for a successful voting experience.
As a dispatch volunteer you serve voters via phone and text and assists with research to find polling locations, and prepare the system to run smoothly.
Computer skills are helpful but not necessary. This is our largest volunteer team after drivers.
During large elections this is a fast paced, but organized environment.
Provide Voter Outreach
Join the year-round voter mobilization and transport efforts of Ride2Vote, actively engaging voters in local, state, and national elections nationwide. Our success hinges on reaching, conversing with, and inviting voters to schedule a Ride2Vote.
As a Voter Outreach volunteer, we provide comprehensive training on effective outreach techniques. Learn to successfully invite voters to cast their votes and reserve a Ride2Vote when needed. Our outreach methods include phone calls, postcarding, and occasional texting.

Fundraising
If you believe in equal treatment for all voters, our fundraising team welcomes you. To sustain our programming, we must secure sufficient funds annually. Join our volunteer team, particularly if fundraising runs in your veins. We seek professionals to aid in developing and executing strategic fundraising goals. This team will spearhead fundraising activities and cultivate relationships with donors and supporters.
